You are still misunderstanding me. I repeat: You cannot use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to Windows XP Home. Not now, not if you install Windows 7 Professional on Hyper-V vm and then install Virtual PC on that vm.
Your options are:
- Use a third party program to connect remotely to Windows XP Home, TeamViewer is a good alternative.
-- OR --- Install Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise on a Hyper-V vm in Windows 10, then install the free Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP Mode on that Windows 7 vm (tutorial on our sister site the Seven Forums). The free Windows XP Mode is XP Pro SP3 and can be installed on Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise editions. You can then use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to both Windows 7 vm and the XP Mode vm running on it
I recommend the option 1, option 2 involves nested virtualization (virtual machine on a virtual machine) which is more resource heavy alternative.
