Part 2
Thanks for uploading those :)
I won't have time tonight to review them, but will tomorrow. I should be able to compile all the info needed into a decent reply sometime tomorrow night, however, worse case scenario is I may get some research done, but not all, tomorrow, pushing the final post until Sunday. I'll leave a reply here tomorrow letting you know either way, as well as an update on progress made.
I get freeze, usually internet loss and then slowly everything gets frozen, often on videos online. Am I right - you have similar problem and 54 pages with 0 solution? I see reinstall helps nothing. Should i go to 8.1? LAN driver reinstall, but cant find any proper driver besides automatic one. I have eliminated alot of stuff following event viewer errors, still nothing.
Hi there, registered hoping you can help. I'm having the same experiences you posted in this thread; my Striker II Extreme is causing lockup issues, specifically my monitor output shutting down randomly. I saw that you solved this bit by adjusting your voltages but didn't give any details. Can you help me understand what you did here?
Thanks,
Matt
Been reading all the pages of this thread and I have the same problem with random lockups. I have found my LG DVD drive was causing errors in the Event Viewer and I have unplugged the drive and haven't had any lockups for hours till I plugged my DVD drive back in and I got a lockup. Check the Event Viewer it does help, thanks for all the info it has helped
BTW everytime Win freezes I can read about error-ID 6008 in the event-logs, saying nothing special -- it means: HW oder SW or anything or nothing.
I thought I would just join the forum and the discussion because I have just fixed the self same issue by resetting and updating the bios. It was already up to date but reloading the up-to-date version did the trick.
I had tried all of the above with no success prior to that. Not sure if that will help anyone else, but just in case...
