    Cannot update to 1903 Continued

Originally started here I continue to have problems addressing this issue and created this new thread per zbooks instructions.
@zbook: So, using advanced startup I booted into command prompt. This was what the dialogue looked like after attempting your last instructions
    "
    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.1]
Not enough memory resources are available to process this command.

    X:\windows\system32>bcdedit | find "osdevice"
    osdevice partition=C:

    X:\windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v C:
The type of the file system is RAW
CHKDSK is not available for raw drives.

    x:\windows\system32>
    "

I have an iso disk created and loaded in an ext DVD drive. But the advanced startup options allowed me boot into the command prompts without having to load the iso.

If you're banging your head on the desk right now, Im really sorry, but I don't know any of this stuff. I really need to fix this and HP said that there no way for them to diagnose it without having a more specific error code. Theyre refusing to connect remotely to diagnose the issue. Theyre just falling back on the "re-install windows" approach. If you could please continue to be patient with me and help me out, I'd be deeply grateful!

    Update:
Currently following steps from your last post in previous thread zbook. Will post it here as soon as its done. Screencaped disk mangement using snipping tool, Ran V2 and DM, now just running through command prompt.

Almost done (been having to take care of other things), but Im having issues with Seatools. I ran long generic, it passed, but the log doesn't come up with a report really, only when it was run and when it completed. it doesn't even say "passed" or anything. Any suggestions?

Dont know what to say. I'm still confused. I really did appreciate your time. It just kind of upsets me that someone would request all the logs of my pc, with the idea that they're using it to help solve a glitch, but use it as a means of rifling through my stuff and making accusations instead of helping me. On blast in public at that.
I didn't post any links, instructions, or files used for piracy onto this community which is what rule #14 refers to.
    Ill contact Microsoft.

Rule #4 clearly states that "..it is forum policy that no help shall be given to people who knowingly steal software or services". Whether that software is directly related to your problem or not is irrelevant.
