    64-bit Windows 10 Pro build 18323 won't install - Quits at 48 percent

Mods, I may have been in the wrong forum to post this.

I cannot get these builds to install on my Dell XPS 13. This build installs to 48 percent. The last build installs to 85 percent and the one before that installs to 43 percent. I have formatted my hard drive, rolled back to 1803 hoping to remove whatever impediment that might be there and still no joy.

    Any ideas?

Windows 1903 or 18323 is supposed to be released in several months.
Are you attempting to install an insiders version?
What were the steps used for the format?
What steps were made to roll back to Windows 1803?

    1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums | Tutorials
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

    2) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    3) sfc /scannow
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) chkdsk /scan
    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    7) This log collector is used in another forum.
