BTW, which browser did the Advisor use to open the page? If Chrome, you may save it to your Documents folder to view again.

Ok good. You may generate a page at any time.
On the MoBo page I linked > Click on "Support" at the top right > Click on "Drivers and tools" > Select the OS (Look on your Advisor page for what you have) > Scroll down to "Audio" > That's the Realtek driver you want. You can download it, but do not install it. You may not need it.
In thinking about this again, do this first and report back if it fixes your issue. It takes a bit of time, but might be worth it:
Run SFC Command in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
Sorry. I should've specified option 3. Run SFC Command in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
I've got to run out for awhile. If sfc doesn't fix it, you can then run Run SFC Command in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials .
If that doesn't do it, perform what I posted in post #4. If by chance after rebooting the driver doesn't reload, install it with the one you downloaded.
I'll check in in a few hours. Of course there are others here to help as well. Good luck.
