Yes, that works. Can also use Phone off of Settings directly.

    Thank you.

I ordered a Bluetooth USB dongle yesterday, should have it tomorrow. I can then try calling via my phone from my computer. Looking forward to seeing how that works.

So to recap - yes the "setting" to link a phone is called Link your phone, the "App" itself is called Your Phone.

@Ztruker, calling from the PC through phone works like a champ and as easy as making a phone call

Anyone else seeing Link your phone?
I'm curious about the contrast between the way your start menu search interface looks like, and mine, and why we weren't coming up with the same search results.

Is their differences a reflection of change between 1903 and 1909, or is it something else?

I've had problems with the start menu search function in the past. Changing the way the interface looks like is one thing, but the abbreviated/incomplete results you got is a red flag to me.

Just figured this out. I have Cortana completely divorced from Start menu search disabled. If I click on Start a search (Cortana) and not Start menu, then I get the same results you did.

I used Shawn Brinks reg file to disable it: Enable or Disable Cortana in Windows 10

You mean from the magnifying glass on the taskbar? Curious. I don't use cortana. It's disabled. My searching is initiated strictly by typing from the start menu. But cheers that it works for you.

Yes, the magnifying glass, that works but not the Start menu icon.

Got the Bluetooth USB dongle (Asustek), installed and it works great for bluetooth. Too bad the Your Phone app doesn't work.

I've gone through Call setup 5 times and always end up here:

    Your Phone app not working-couldntfinish.jpg

Pairing has completed, PC is paired to Cell (Moto G4) as Desktop. I can use my mouse and keyboard to control the phone so I know bluetooth is working with it but the Your Phone app is too stupid to complete setup to a phone that is already paired. I've unpaired and unlinked it several times and always end up back at this error message.

Sucks as I was really looking forward to being able to call out from my PC.

    Any ideas gratefully accepted.
