Your Phone app not working

No, call has never worked. I suspect it's a problem with the Moto G4 phone itself. Someday I'll upgrade but I'm not willing to spend several hundred dollars just so I can call from my PC. My Moto G4 works perfectly and has for 5+ years. I can't even switch to Spectrum because they don't support it.

Consumer Cellular costs me $35/mo, Spectrum is $14. Not much but $20 is $20.

That's actually my thought as well; which is why I asked. Seems like you may be chasing your tail on this one.

I had the same issue.

My phone stopped working a few months back and I've not been able to connect it again. I eventually gave up. Nothing I'm missing anyway. And according to MS, my phone (Galaxy Note 9) is supported so...

On a side note, I completely baffled as to what larc919 post has to do with the issue at hand

Well, I finally got the phone connected again. This time it connected with no issues or fuss. Must be the new update. Wonder if this will have spotty connection issues.

I still can't get Call to work. Notification, Message and Photo all work great.

but my phone says it's not. Phone works okay in my car, paired and can make and receive calls there with no problem.

Yeah, I was getting that "We couldn't finish Connecting" issue forever. It's what made me quit trying to use the app. Months later and the new update, I tried it again and oh my goodness it works... everything works, so...

Anyway I feel your pain and have no answer. As I said, I gave up until today. It was just one of those "let me see if this update did anything" checks and surprise I'm working now.

That said, I've seen this movie before... the phone works for awhile and then one day you suddenly can't connect no matter what you try.

Does the Call part work for you now?

I just ordered a new Bluetooth dongle to see if that makes any difference. The driver for my old one was dated 2015. Hoping the new one will be more recent but no way to tell as there is nothing on the web site about the drive and nothing I could find via Google about it. It was only $10 so even if it doesn't make any difference it will be good to have so I can have Bluetooth on my desktop and laptop.

Will know tomorrow if it makes a difference or not.

Phone works great via Bluetooth in my car so it's got to be a Bluetooth adapter or Your phone app problem.
