I usully have Performance Power mode with Hibernation and Sleep off but did give cmd command a try with no luck. Also tried with Fast Startup on and off but don't think that have any impact on my problem. Long boot with and without that anyway.

The screenshot of boot phases don't show any boot delay ! your desktop (Explorer init) is shown after 10 seconds !

The logs displayed WHEA 0 x 124 events.
This is typically a hardware problem.
The logs are in another language and partially in English.
This makes it difficult to scan the logs.
There were multiple event log entries where the GPU recovered.

For WHEA 0 x 124 errors a systematic evaluation is done of each CPU, GPU, Drive, and RAM.

For all tests /steps please post images into the thread.
If there are any problems posting images please use one drive or drop box share links.
Share OneDrive files and folders - Office Support
Upload photos and files to OneDrive - OneDrive

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    6) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    7) Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.
The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 3401, 4.12.2017. SMBIOS Version 3.0
    8) Please check to see if this is the most up to date version.
    9) Open the website for the computer or motherboard manufacturer to view the drivers and post a URL or hyperlink into the thread.

    10) To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.
    11) Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.
    12) Backup the computer files to another drive or to the cloud.
    13) Make a backup image usig Macrium:

    21) When testing for WHEA hardware errors we need to systematically check CPU, GPU, RAM and drive.
Some testing may have been done but there may have been overclocking.
Once the bios is reset and there is no overclocking:

    22) Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:

This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 with the link below.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
The testing is done not by time but by passes.
    The more passes the better.
There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
There is 16 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.
When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

Well, that is a lot of tests... Don't get me wrong, I will run them and post pictures and results. It will take some time (couple of nights just for some tests) but hopefully will get some promising results. I em at work now but planing to start collecting info once I get home.

Just a question: Is it better to update one post as I get tests done to have every test on one place or open new post for every new test completed?

Thanks again for this "Mega Testing Suite 2018" and will do my best to post results as soon as possible.

    Conclusion

Crash dumps are enabled but no valid crash dumps have been found. In case you are experiencing system crashes, it may be that crash dumps are prevented from being written out. Check out the following article for possible causes: If crash dumps are not written out. Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information. Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

For the troubleshooting the more files there are the more information there will be for assessing the computer environment.
The logs currently indicate that they were cleaned.
During the troubleshooting process please check any/all of the cleaning software so that the files are not accidentally deleted.
For startup and recovery > system failure > un-check automatically restart.
For any BSOD please post a new zip:
