See whether the above two files exist in your "Temp" folder.

For HD Tune please make sure that images display the drive tested.

When available please post results for chkdsk /r /v D: and diskparinfo.

Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

You ran the check disk locally.

"Windows has found problems that must be fixed offline. Please run "chkdsk /f" to fix the issues."

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next start = yes
Restart
Pay attention on the results, specially bad blocks, bad clusters, bad sectors etc
