    The crash displayed A10.

Kyhi troubleshooted the BIOS so that the computer has the most up to date version.

Please don't attempt to rollback to A10.

The current BIOS version is A12.

For the problems with the BIOS consider posting in the Dell community/forum:

I don't get what are the issues with the webcam.
For the battery I guess there's nothing we can do, it's aging factors.

I posted at Dell community days ago with no response.

SO, Windows should be able to process and extract this file without the need for any 3rd party software.
    Yes

Then why my system doesn't extract this file by itself ? What is wrong ?
I do not know why, yet...

It appears both versions crashed and it is system related...
I suggest doing a repair install....... May fix other issues as well...

    Both A12 and A10 crash.

I'm not trying to rollback or something.

I thought may be the problem was with A12 file, so I tried with A10 to see what would happen.

    Chkdsk ran on C: D: and G:
    All displayed cleaning.
    Windows found no problems.

Find a flash drive that you can format(> or = 8 GB).

Create a bootable Windows 10 iso:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10
    Download Windows 10 ISO File
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

Perform an in place upgrade repair:
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

This step can be repeated when the next Windows version is released.

Why not boot from a Win 10 installation drive, open a CMD window (Shift+F10) and run the BIOS update file?

When I'm installing an in place upgrade repair for Windows 10 it doesn't detect any problems, the installation were very smooth, but when the installation is done and says "Your PC will restart in a few times", the Windows 10 installation closed and shows:

    How can I fix this?

There is something started to happen recently I don't remember if it was after or just before trying the troubleshooting.

I have a game running on java, it doesn't require much resources and it was running just fine. Recently when playing the game the fan would go crazy and very loud, CPU load is around 22% and heats up pretty much that the keyboard becomes fairly warm.

    What could be the problem?

I don't know if this has something to do with the issues I'm facing.
