Unless you have used a backup that has been created without any problem and used without any problem it is a possible solution.

I've done a clean install and so far everything is working flawlessly. Zero issues and zero wonky behavior. I'll report back if anything happens and if it doesn't in a week, I'll mark as solved. I think it's fixed!
Well it looks like I'm still getting an occasional SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Happened twice in the last 3 days. It will then go to the blue screen loop on startup. I power off and back on and it works again. It happened randomly both times but this time the dumps actually are showing up so we can look at them. Here are the dmp files.

I assume you forgot to run the tool and upload a complete zip?
There are 2 outdated drivers
Driver Reference Table - vmulti.sys

Yeah forgot. There it is.
I would like to mention about Windows Update, there are 3 hotfixes installed while most others have more.
Please run SFC again before visiting Windows Update.Code:Hotfix(s): 3 Hotfix(s) Installed.
If there are updates available and installed, reboot your system and run SFC again.
