Black screen required hard-boot

My computer crashed the other morning--I think. While moving a window around on my desktop, the mouse hesitated. Then I clicked on another window but nothing occurred. The mouse finally froze and then the screen went blank. Meanwhile, my logitech keyboard, keypad and mouse are still lit up. The computer fan was running and the lights on like it was awake. I tried a different input into the monitor (from DVI to HDMI) and then connected it to my laptop, showing that the monitor was working. Then I did a hard reboot.

Here is the V2 log. There was no minidump. Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Reliability history just shows a generic "hardware error" (Code: 193) and "windows was not properly shut down"

Unfortunately, the elevens forum seems dead. All I want to see if the V2 logs have something helpful.

I had a windows update that provided a problem with one of my systems. Really sorry I can't remember the KB number, but it was just before Christmas and related to secure boot/bios. Anyway, this update would freeze my system for around 10 minutes. I put my Columbo head on and the only way to solve this issue was to pause updates. Might be worth a try.

Well, that's better than a broken graphics card. So, the V2 logs showed no problems?
