What PSU do you have? Very abnormal errors for a new processor that's not even overclocked!

The computer is having BSOD displaying bugcheck WHEA 124.

These are related to malfunctioning hardware.

Often using software tests unfortunately the malfunctioning hardware goes undetected with test passes.

And typically swap testing is required as there is no motherboard test.

Some tests that were already performed may need to be repeated.

Please make sure that images are posted for all steps / tests:

For any problems posting images please use share links: one drive, drop box, or google drive

    1) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    2) To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.

    3) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    4) When testing for WHEA hardware errors we need to systematically check CPU, GPU, RAM and drive.

Once the bios is reset and there is no overclocking:

    5) Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:

    11) Test PSU
    OCCT
    Run for 2 hours.
    https://www.ocbase.com/

    12) All of these tests should be done with the bios reset and no over clocking

    13) For each of the above tests please record maximum temperatures

    14) And please make sure that you use the Microsoft snipping tool to post images of each into the thread.

    15) If swap testing is available for each harware component you can skip the above tests

For swap testing ideally two tests are performed:

    a) hardware from a working computer is tested in the problematic computer
    b) hardware from the problematic computer is tested in another computer

@zbook, I found that Prime95 in blend mode should easily reveal defects in parts of CPUs that communicate with the bus. An extremely high chance that Prime95 will fail with that bugcheck (for "Bus/Interconnect Error") in just 1 hour or similar!

The only overclock on, is the RAM using a XMP profile that came with the product - running at 3200Mhz, i'll turn that off in Bios.

Everything else is already factory default

See options as per RJARRRPCGP in post 36.

Run different tests for each Prime 95 and OCCT.

The PSU is use: Corsair RM750 80 PLUS Gold

I've ran Prime95 using xx && OCCT VRAM test for 1 hour - no failures.

Stopping the Prime 95 blend test - going to switch my RAM and GPU with something else to see if i get the BSOD

Then i'll run as advised above.

    Nice progress.

These tests can be performed overnight:

    a) HD Tune Full error scan
    b) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test
    c) Memtest86

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:
