Latest Microsoft Edge released for Windows

Looks like MS is rolling out Edgium to 2004. Just appeared via WU.

That's been happening for a while, one of my machines got it almost a month ago....

There appears to be no predictable pattern to if/when a machine will get Chromium Edge through Windows Update. Two of my other machines got the 2004 update on the same day as my System One, but have not seen any sign of it and are still on Legacy Edge. One of my other machines that got the 2004 update on the same day has just got the Edge update. I currently have four machines running 2004 - two have got Chromium Edge through Windows update, the other two see no sign of it.

It also appeared on all my Windows 7 machines a month ago as an 'Important update'.

And it's not just for 2004, I have one 1909 Home VM that had the update about three weeks ago.

I have two Home machines. My daily driver I updated myself when it went live. The other one was the one that got it last night.

Just how do they update new Edge ? I got old Edge updated to new one few days ago but that one wasn't updated since.
