Seeing that Microsoft still can't write up a changelog, for that last stable, they have !FINALLY!(yes I'm shouting here, because it's something basic for every browser for years) allowed syncing of tabs and extensions syncing. Now everything can be synced(even though Microsoft really sucks when it comes to syncing anything and cause more corruptions than backing up).

Microsoft has fixed a small but notorious bug in the tab hover cards (Tab previews):
The bug appeared almost at the same time that the "Vertical tabs" button. I think that the tab hover cards "thought" that this button was always there and that's why they moved a little to the right to align with the first tab.
