Since the last Feature Update on 14th March my Win 10 (version 1909 (2)
this computer has been sluggish in responding to any normal command.
eg when I click on a link it takes some time to open.
I have carefully scanned for any infections and the system is clean.
Anyone else noticed this change of speed?
Anyone know what might be causing the change?

What "Feature Update on 14th March"?
You appear to be on Version 1903 - that's on your Specs.
Are you referring to a recent Cumulative update?

When checked I found the second two listed above. I'll include a screen shot of the update window
so you can see the Build No.
Yes the version is 1903 but latest update shows version as 1909 (2)
Opps ... sorry but have discovered a new tool replacing Snipping Tool and while I press Windows Key,
Shift and S the capacity to make a copy is clear but no way offered to save it... so I've taken a while to achieve
very little.
Perhaps I can come back to this when I've figured how to save the Snip and Sketch (did use the old tool but
I was unable to upload it here).
That is not a version number. You can get your version & build by entering WinVer in a command prompt.latest update shows version as 1909 (2)
You can see your updates listed in Control panel, Programs & features, View installed updates.

That looks like what you would see in in Update History, the (2) indicates that it took two installs to complete and is commonly seen by many of us....
Winver shows you the exact version and build you have.
...only replaced by Snip & Sketch as the default, you can still use the Snipping Tool if you like. Snip & Sketch saves to the Clipboard by default, but you can save as a file if you have Snip & Sketch open, click the save icon or use Ctrl+S.

Since you have installed KB4551762 CU and, I guess, meant that your slow reponses started afterwards you might look through the TenForums thread on the subject to see if there's any guidance there.

There is a TenForums thread for every CU and they are well worth a look.
You might also find it worth going back to your original post and clicking on the Edit button underneath it so you can change its title to something like Has KB4551762 CU slowed my system? - that might attract the attention of somebody else who has experienced the problem.

Not necessarily, the wording in post #1 suggests that it may have been the Feature Update to 1909 that was installed on the 14th March...
The update to 1909 has always been optional, so it is quite possible that it has only just been installed. That could be confirmed by looking at Update History where the install date will be shown.
Unlike all previous feature updates, there is no 'go back to previous version' option in Update & Security > Recovery, no Windows.old folder, and no 10 day limit on going back. The update was done by a small enablement package, and you can go back to 1903 at any time by uninstalling it in 'Installed Updates'.
