    impossible to install may update

Windows update will not list it to me.

    I already downloaded the image
i already tried to use microsoft media creation tool
i already tried serverl cmd commands and windows repairs via dism also tried to force to use the download image file.

Regardless what i do it always fails and i get a message that iam not able to install the update.
(forgott the exact message i get but, when i remember correctly it was something about drivers)

When you say that you have already downloaded the image, does that mean also that you have already tried to install from that image?

If so, the error message would really be helpful since my crystal ball is in the shop for repairs

I tried every human possible way to install the update.

    found the error message

"This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10.

Your PC has a driver or service that isn't ready for this version of Windows 10. No action is needed. Windows Update will offer this version of Windows 10 automatically once the issue has been resolved."

wich is very weird because my friend has installed it and has the same hardware besides the graphics card.

    Additional maybe important information
repairing the windows via dsim did not work even with the downloaded image file

    Hi,
Welp you might try a repair install of 1809 or what ever you're on now.

i hope it worked. ( puh feedback: for me as user this was highly complicated ) as drag and rop did nothing. regardless if "enhanced attachment uploading" was on or off.
