How to reinstall windows 10 INSIDER on new computer

Hi, I browsed for this solution for a few hours but didn't find any though.
    So here is my situation:
Back in 2015 I enrolled with insider program for windows 10 and I got it for free as that was the part of the insider program, if anyone still recalls that. Before that I bought a used laptop that had windows 7 oem on it.
So I installed the win10 over that system... I am not sure if win10 has got anything to do with win7 oem, but there you go.
Anyways, back to 2021, I am looking to buy a new laptop, and the ones I currently prefer come w/o OS. Will I be able to continue the insider program with the new computer, that is, will I be able to install windows 10? From what I've read on the internet, the replies to similar questions range from "NO" to, "YOU ONLY NEED TO LOGIN TO THE NEW COMPUTER/WIN10 WITH YOUR EMAIL", or that credentials for my win10 are tied to my microsoft account.
So, which one is it, and is this going be a hassle free transition for me from old to new laptop?
    Thank you

I changed one of my IP Dev computers that already had Win10 on it, went to Settings, Updates and Security, scrolled down on the left to the bottom and clicked Windows Insider Program. Then I went through that to log in with my Microsoft account to join that computer to it.

    And there's this:

    Download Windows 10 ISO File

Alright then, so this basically means what I'd read: just go for clean install and login with my microsoft account and choose to continue insider?
