Version 1903 (OS Build 19013.1122) - No screen output on laptop
I am in the slow ring to get Windows 10 preview updates. I recently got the Version 1903 (OS Build 19013.1122) update, which worked fine for about a day, then I suddenly lost video output. I can get nothing on the laptop screen or any externally connected screens. Last night when this first happened I was momentarily able to get the screen to work, noticing that the video resolution was sub par. Thinking there might be a driver issue, I logged in with an admin account and removed and re-added the video display from the device manager. This fixed the issue for the night. The next day, when I turned the laptop back on, I was back to no display. Only now I can't replicate the fix that I used the first time.
This is an HP Pavilion dv7. Wide screen, with dual graphics adapters (Intel and Radeon). The laptop seems to boot up fine. You can hear it play the start sound, and, if I tap the space bar, and then use the fingerprint reader to login, you can see that it's doing something, but just not outputting it to the screen. Has anyone else reported this issue? Does anyone have any ideas? I would like to be able to get the screen working again long enough to try and roll it back to just before the update was installed.
Thank you in advance.
