Trying to install KB3074680 and KB3074681 on my desktop with 10240 and it gets to the point where a restart is required. I select restart and it gets into a loop of restarting then eventually fails and rolls back the install. Any ideas on what may be causing it? I've installed all the updates on my Surface Pro 3 and Lenovo laptop without a hitch.
I attempted to remove an app in control panel, and got the same result as previously reported.
I went to settings, system, apps and features and uninstalled the same app without a hitch - goodbye control panel.
I finally figured out how to uninstall, Jim!

All Settings>System>Apps and Features>Wait for the list to be populated>Click on what you want to uninstall>uninstall pops up>click on the Uninstall that popped up and it'll be done!
