Okay, very good on the connectors - one goes into microphone port on PC and the other into headphone port.

You don't even know what I'm asking for, so how can you just say it didn't help

1. Start the Zoom app
2. Right-click on the Zoom icon in the system tray and select settings

Let me know when you accomplish these two steps.
