Over at Station Drivers I saw a 9556.1 (UAD) for ASRock. I believe it includes the updated APO driver.

the 6.0.9556.1 ASRock driver can be downloaded directly from the Asrock web site instead of going to the station drivers site & downloading it from there
i just didn't have time to mention it earlier here in ten forums cuz of my busy schedule
the 6.0.9556.1 ASRock RTK driver was recently listed for an H310CM-HDV/M.2 SE motherboard
also mentioned on Asrock's Latest Drivers Update support page

Asrock is no longer the only vendor/OEM with a 6.0.9556.1 driver.
Hewlett-Packard [HP] recently has a 6.0.9556.1 driver of their own as well - {driver info}
Gigabyte and Lenovo have also recently joined the Realtek UAD/DCH 6.0.9556.1 driver version train as well:
6.0.9556.1 Gigabyte {this one listed for recently released Gigabyte G6 [2023] model laptop PCs, might work for most Gigabyte desktop boards but not all of them; this driver version bundles the Intel SST bus driver which is used mostly on certain laptop & all-in-one desktop pcs with modern Intel CPUs}
6.0.9556.1 Lenovo - driver info (also bundles the Intel SST bus driver for Intel based Lenovo laptop/tablet/AIO PCs)
while MSI has recently released essential BIOS updates to fix the "unsupported processor" blue screen error with certain Win10/Win11 updates on certain MSI boards, MSI has yet to release a new realtek audio driver on their web site (so they're now behind and other vendors like Asrock, Gigabyte, HP & Lenovo have gotten new audio drivers)
I guess MSI finally decided to update their realtek uad/dch audio drivers after all although it still did not match or exceed the new versions released by Asrock, HP, Lenovo & Gigabyte [MSI now has v6.0.9553.1 while those others have at least 6.0.9556.1]
I was in this problem recently where I accidentally deleted it and couldn't get it back
But after searching, I found it in this link https://apps.microsoft.com/store/det...l/9P2B8MCSVPLN
the link downloads it directly from the Microsoft Store in device. What is very strange is that I could not find it in the in search in into store, but this is Microsoft

Thanks for sharing. It works fine on a Gigabyte b660
Not all versions pop-up.
Realtek Audio Control 1.45.307.0
The app is considered a private app and cannot be searched.
When you installed the realtek audio driver CORRECTLY (by using the installer exe). The realtek audio console app will be "bought" automatically for you to download from the Microsoft Store.
If you don't install the realtek audio driver correctly, then getting that microsoft store download link will not help to at all. The realtek audio console app will not install --- thus ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THE APP IN THE MICROSOFT STORE.
and so have Asus & Dell as well
6.0.9556.1 > Asus DTS driver / Asus Dolby driver {these are for certain asus laptops and these driver packs are direct from the asus web site)
6.0.9556.1 A74 > Dell w/ Waves Maxxaudio {for certain recent Dell Latitude & Precision laptop pcs)
experimented and deleted the current definition completely and deleted realtek audio console app it from the store
reinstalled using the installer her (using the installer exe ) https://download.gigabyte.com/FileLi...abfd8f0ef3f043
but it didn't install realtek audio console app and the sound icon disappeared, I reinstalled it from the store link you provided and it works fine
Any ideas?
