Can't Update Apps From Windows Store Error 0x80070005
I have several apps that refuse to update with the error 0x80070005. Some of the apps include Groove Music, Microsoft Photos and Films and TV. Here is what I have tried so far.
1- Checked the time, date, time zone and region is correct. User account control is enabled.
2- Run the WSReset.exe as administrator
3- Gain full control over packages folder using the advice here:

4- Control Panel/Troubleshooting/View All/Windows Store Apps/run troubleshooter. The troubleshooter did a few things and also ran WS reset and reported the Windows Store cache may be damaged.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall one app but it refused to reinstall so I had to use system restore to get it back. I am the only user logged on as the administrator.
Is there anything else I can try? Your advice would be appreciated.
