Check under 'view' tab that word wrap is enabled.

Using basic notepad, with word wrap turned ON or OFF... this is what I see...

    I didn't post a screenshot of this, because I don't know WHY he "can't post a screenshot".

But I uploaded the screenshot in a zip file.

It's a webpage saved as text. I tried Docpad (my default text editor) and it's the same. It's not a problem with notepad.

Maybe someone knows how to save webpages in a format that would avoid the problem.

I reckon you'll have to figure out formatting somehow. Removing line breaks would be a start.

You are using a file created by another application & to which you have added a .txt file extension.
NotePad is just a text editor, it cannot cope with other formats and merely changing a file extension does not render something amendable to proper display by NotePad.
If you want to see that file correctly you should open it in the application that created it.

I have no idea why you cannot take a screenshot.

I' have been downloading game guide for a while and save as txt and on the old notepad, using word wrap
will fill up the text area of old note pad which can't be with the newer notepad.

What does "fill up the text area" mean?
