So, my question is - Are you really going to write 10GB of Data into System Memory while in the PE Environment ?
    no, i need only ~ 1gb
i noted in win11 25346.1001 & 25352.1 that WinPECacheThreashold do not exceed 500mb, so with that one i can test without loosing resolution & dip ....
Or is this a matter of just knowing that you can?
    yes

    yes
You were already the first to notice this problem and report it to you, but it was ignored by you for an unknown reason!!

    Hi,

After adding some applications to Win10XPE that are running in RAM I get the following error message when booting:

It says that there is not enough space for creating a RAMDISK-Device. When I remove a huge (but less than 1GB) application in build, that is running in RAM, everything works fine.
I'm testing in VMware with 8GB RAM. I also increased to 16GB RAM, but no change.
What went wrong and how can I fix this?
I think virtual system sometimes not reliable. So I advice you to test your PE system in real world

You're right, testing in real world solved it. At least VMware is not reliable enough, maybe VirtualBox is better.

Ok, now I know the problem: it is caused when running in legacy BIOS mode. Running in UEFI mode it works fine.

    Thanks
    you need to add this:
    Code:
    \Windows\System32\camext.dll
    \Windows\System32\EaseOfAccessDialog.exe
    \Windows\System32\fr-FR\EaseOfAccessDialog.exe.mui
    ;\Windows\SystemResources\EaseOfAccessDialog.exe.mun
    \Windows\Prefetch\EASEOFACCESSDIALOG*
    \Windows\System32\pcacli.dll
    \Windows\System32\smartscreen.exe
    \Windows\System32\fr-FR\smartscreen.exe.mui
    \Windows\Prefetch\SMARTSCREEN*
    \Windows\System32\smartscreenps.dll
    \Windows\System32\Windows.StateRepositoryPS.dll
    and this reg key :
    Code:
    RegWrite,HKLM,0x1,Tmp_System\ControlSet001\Control\AppID\Configuration\SMARTLOCKER,ENABLED,
    RegWrite,HKLM,0x4,Tmp_System\ControlSet001\Control\AppID\Configuration\SMARTLOCKER,START_PENDING,1
    RegWrite,HKLM,0x1,"Tmp_Default\Control Panel\Accessibility\StickyKeys",Flags,511
it will bee on on boot, but if didnt want change "511" with "510"
nb: you can press" Shift" five times to enable or disable sticky keys
