And what do you get with Files on demand in thumbnail view? Not being sarcastic, just asking.

At home, I use Edge and nothing else. At work, I only can use IE 11, which is a prehistoric solution - if only because more and more websites just simply refuse to work on an outdated (their wording)...
I too never had this - couldn't that be the A/B testing, when only some users get a feature which is too contraversial? IIRC, there was something like this last year, but I am not sure.
And how about copying everything and then deleting the folders you want to stay on the original disk?
I would have no problem with iPhone (I actually have iPhone 5 in my drawer - but the display is too small now when I have met Lumia 640), but the price is now out of reach. Kids and life in general...
Coke Robot: Very interesting point of view. It makes me sad, but on the other hand, my Lumia 640 just seems so natural to me, while iPhone is just...not so good. I had an Android once, and I won't be...
I have Lumia 640 too and with .1004 update, I have not a single issue you have mentioned. Just saying...
.1004 seems to have solved the battery isssue. I was at 33 %, an hour later with 20 minutes of Spotify playing and I am at 31 %. Just charging right now and it is much faster too (as it's not using...
Me too, because otherwise it seems a stable release.
On Lumia 640, even with .1003 update, I still get only cca 16-20 hours, while practically not using the phone. And I have no Facebook, no data connection, no wifi turned on.
I can also report a drastic battery life change on the latest build (Lumia 640). In stand-by (mostly) mode, less than 24 hours!
EDIT: With .1003 it seems the same (-15 % in 3 hours), no change....
I have been with Android (tweaking paradise), then iPhone (enjoyed my stay) and when it died, I have switched to Lumia 640 (because Microsoft). And I intend to stay with MS as long as there are...
I think those people have privacy issues, not Windows...
As this bug, however frustrating, is a "feature" of this build, because MS told us about it, I wouldn't count on them fixing it before another build...
It's probably time to uinstall the support reps...
I have been already playing with the idea I don't actually need Office other than the Online version without subscription. Now I am decided and will keep the 5 GB OneDrive for documents and find...
For misc reasons I am Office 365 Home user and 1 TB is enough for me, seeing as I am at <60 GB with whole my photo archive. Still, this change for free users will be highly contraproductive. Bad...
Unless there was some update within last two days, then I am pretty sure nothing in the systém has actually changed. Yes, I have been playing with Stardock's software for a while - but the login...
+1 to 2. But for me, it was everytime I have booted... and two days after reporting it in Feedback app, Windows started to boot OK again. So who knows what was the issue...but I take it as a price of...
Well, I am still missing the extensions, but as I have left LastPass (because of LogMeIn) and switched to KeePass, I have found a way to use my password database even with Edge - so now I am on the...
The only thing that keeps me to a Chromium based browsers is the lack of extensions. Other than that, Edge is doing everything I want. I don't use favorities anyway...
I have clean installed Win 10 on a PC and when changing the the destination, the very same happened. Closing the window and reopening fixed that - so only a graphic issue, not a folder multipling...
There is a Windows_old folder on your C:, you can delete this - but then you have no option for 30 days to roll back to your Windows 7. Basically, after these 30 days a task is run to delete...
I will be using Edge full time, just waiting for the extension support, as I depend on several important ones. No other reason for me to stay with Firefox.
+1. In my opinion, new PCs are bought because of different reasons (hardware failure, new games you "must" play...) but a new OS would be a minor one, if at all. Besides, the gamers and other...
