Desktop computer takes hours to load and start some programs Win 10 64

Until recently I could load Autocad, progecad and 3D games normally. Now I click to load and they load very slowly. Autocad takes 1.5 to 2 hours to load. It used to load in about 20 seconds. Other programs like firefox still load normally.
    Boot up seems normal.
I am up to date on win. updates.
I don't know what other data would be helpful.

Place the computer in clean boot:
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

    Run:

Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

Download and install Windows Performance Recorder (WPR):
Windows Performance Toolkit download: Windows Performance Recorder WPR
    https://developer.microsoft.com/en-u...indows-10-sdk/

Generate a new trace with this command, from an elevated command prompt window:
    xperf -on DiagEasy

(Wait until the computer has gone through a period of slowness") and then:
    CP: xperf -d "%userprofile%\Desktop\trace.etl"
    PS: xperf -d "$env:userprofile\Desktop\trace.etl"
(You should find the file trace.etl on your desktop, when it finishes)

For manual traces: first level triage, general, verbose, two traces 30 - 45 seconds each.

There is only one person that reads / interprets the traces so it depends on their availability.
There may be modified trace settings.
