100% Disk Usage on win10x64 and everything slow motion weed

Hello, our company purchases hundreds of CT120BX500SSD1(Micron Crucial BX500) in large quantities and installs WIN10x64 OS.

After about half a year, there are serious slow speed problems (normal condition: about 30 seconds after booting, abnormal condition: 10 minutes for booting), after entering OS, The operation is also very slow.

As long as there is a hard disk read and write status, the HDD usage rate is increased to 100%.
After many tests, we may find that the SSD is causing the problem.
For the following reasons: We use the hard disk copy tool to copy the hard disk. With everything to another new SSD, the problem is gone.
I really need help us to see what the problem is.

I have been using this product for the past six months. There have been many cases of very slow&100% disk usage, based on my previous experience, I used another same model SSD with HDD cloning software, the same hard disk content, the problem is solved.....but this is definitely not a good way........

That is information that would be very useful to have.

The log files are in a non-english language and some can not be analyzed. Please change the system language to English and post a new log collector zip. Use the V2 log collector shown in the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions link as it collects more information than the standard collector.

You can put the language back to normal once done though you may have to do this multiple times if we need you to run the log collector script again in the future. Won't help with data that's already collected but newly generated data will be in English which can help.

I used the hard disk copy software to copy the original hard disk to another hard disk (interesting thing is, the hard disk is another problematic, slow, problematic same type of hard disk), and then restarted, all turtle speed problems are solved.
