Qualcomm QCA9377 very slow on my dell laptop

I just want to know that why my network speed is horrendously slow on my dell laptop, getting only 10 mbps (I bought a 1GBPS connection, my laptop support's 5G but its still slow ). I don't understand why its too slow. is this is a problem of windows or QUALCOMM or something else which I never know?

Windows 10 Pro version 1903 (build no: 18362.959 )

Qualcomm device : Qualcomm QCA 9377 802.11ac network adapter

Dell laptop: Inspiron 3583

I'm currently having a different issue than yours, but I have the exact same WLAN adapter in my system.

While troubleshooting my issue, I came across this latest driver on Dell's support page.

You can try it. It may or may not resolve your issue.

Do you get the same low speedtest results on your smartphone/tablet or just the laptop? If other devices are also slow then it could be a network config issue.

Do you have a VPN on the laptop when you are running a speedtest? They can affect the download speed significantly.
