How to determine build of a sealed boxed MS usb ?

    Hello to the forum.
Following very helpful advice from "OldNavyGuy" on this forum I am trying to do an in-place re-install of w10p.
Long story ... ending in cannot download ISO (yet).
So went looking for it on USB.
Trouble is that when I ask about build numbers all they have is a code on outside of package.
    Example "X19-94883-02"
Tried this post Find Windows 10 Version Number
But cannot connect to the number I have been given.
I am looking for 1909 (as per current brick).
Might there be any other clues on the external package or do these numbers make sense to those wizards that dwell here ?

You can create your own of course; if you can't download an iso on your PC, use a friend's or relative's.

    - download the 1909 iso file using e.g. the Heidoc iso downloader (as per tutorial on obtaining a Win 10 iso file).
    Download Windows 10 ISO File
    - create the bootable USB disk following appropriate instructions in the tutorial on how to create a bootable USB drive to install Win 10 - but using the 1909 iso file.

However, for an in-place upgrade repair install you just need the iso file.

No idea about the box, but you can check what's on the device:

Thank you ... but the primary problem is the inability to download ... so stuffed before I start .... this thread has the details.
Not BSOD - but error -2147219195, blank settings, no services and more

    As I suggested- try a friend's or neighbour's PC.

To add some context to what's already been posted -

In this example, the install file in the sources folder has the file extension .wim

It could also have the extension .esd

The drive letter in the example is E:

    Yours may be different.

So by executing the highlighted Dism command in an elevated Command prompt, it shows these results -

The highlighted Version (10.0.19041) and the ServicePack Build (264) = 10.0.19041.264, which is the initial version of Windows 10 2004 (20H1) which was released in May.

Going with download by friend and will report back with success (ever the optimist).
So I think this thread is closed ... but will note advice about the .wim/.esd files and checking.
Help much appreciated.. over and out on this one.
