What should I do???
1) What were the problems that the computer was having that you were working on the users folders?
2) Please perform the following steps:
3) Find 3 flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB)
4) Make tools that can be used to recover important files, test the drives, and troubleshoot
5) On a working computer:
a) create a new bootable windows 10 iso:

b) bootable Ubuntu flash drive:

c) Kyhi boot rescue flash drive:

6) Boot to the WIndows 10 iso > windows advanced troubleshooting menu > command prompt > system restore (start with the oldest system restore point and keep repeating as needed to the most recent restore point)
7) If system restore fails or if there are no restore points move the drive to another computer
8) On the working computer install Recuva > attempt to recover files
9) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)
