Have you tried the usual DISM scans and SFC checks? that are mentioned just about everywhere?

Do you have a System Restore point created before this started that you could use? Or a disk image you could restore?

There are also various tenforums tutorials related to the Start Menu which might help in the huge searchable Tutorials section.

Sorry, I fixed it myself by resetting the tile database by using win+r and using the command "et-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" and command "Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.Xml"}"
