Is it connected to a USB port? An internal HDD should be shown as HDD rather than "Unspecified".



See if Disk Type is SSD or HDD in Windows 10

At my end, all "Unspecified" disks are USB devices.

No, all hard drives are connected via sata.
So there is 3 x 3.5inch.
and 1 x M2 drive

Maybe bios issues like topgundcp mentioned?
