Every since I upgraded from 1809 to 1909 in March this welcome screen popups on boot every six weeks or so. How can I get rid of it?
Once I did click "Continue" and went through a few screens and the canceled thinking that would get rid of it, but it just keeps popping up on boot every once in awhile.

Open Settings.
Click on System.
Click on Notifications & actions.
Under "Notifications," turn off the... Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested.

Thanks for the post Brink. The box for "Show me the Windows welcome experience..." was already unchecked.
The box for "Suggest ways I can finish setting up..." is not shown on my Windows 10 1909 install. When I am back home in the next day or two I will try the registry fix you posted.
