Re-starting in Safe Mode - no keyboard

Re-starting in safe mode no keyboard detected.........at BIOS screen. Legacy USB enabled. Can not use safe mode option.
Windows 10 Home V.1909 has really caused a great deal of problems......does anyone have a fix......my drivers are up to date according to Driver Easy software. Thank you as any advice would be helpful.......

Is the keyboard USB or hardwired? What keyboard - brand/model?

Uninstall the keyboard driver and let Windows 10 install keyboard driver to see it will resolve the problem.

What computer problems are you having that you need safe mode?

Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

On a working computer create a bootable Windows 10 iso:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10
    Download Windows 10 ISO File
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

Boot to the Windows 10 iso and indicate whether the keyboard does or does not work.

If it is a USB keyboard, make sure it is plugged into a black USB port straight off the motherboard (back of computer). You may be plugged into a blue USB 3.0 port that might require a driver that isn't loading in safe mode.

That might depend on system/MB and whether you have legacy USB enabled in the BIOS (the OP said they did). My wireless keyboard (Logitech Craft) and wireless mouse (Logitech MX Master 2S) share a USB dongle connected to my PC via USB 3.1 port in the back and both devices work in BIOS and Safe Mode. And I can clearly say Safe Mode because I was in it two days ago testing my BitLocker recovery key.

My mouse/KB dongle is plugged into the port in the red box which is a USB 3.1 port....

Point being you CAN use USB 3/3.1 ports and still have mouse/KB functionality in both BIOS and Windows safe mode.

That said, yes, it helps to know what the OP's specs are... to include mouse / KB info.
