MS Surface 6 not even starting...black screen

[COLOR=#000000 !important][/COLOR]Windows 10, I think version 1903.
Pressing the start button does not start the Surface...nothing happens (it is fully charged.) I believe that this may be due to the computer being stopped while installing the latest update. I didn't knowingly stop it. OR, somehow a faulty download/install process may be the culprit. The computer was installing the latest version of free Ccleaner over a previously install version. The install appeared to be stuck as it's green install line indicator kept on repeating itself and I couldn't kill the process with Process Explorer, so I think I pressed the computer's shut down button. On press the power button after shutting down, I did get the Window's window icon, and then the screen went blank and stayed blank no matter what I tried. Is there any hope?

a) backed up files
b) backed up images
c) no backup
d) no important files

If you can remove the battery and power cord hold down the power button for 30 seconds to discharge capacitors.
The reinsert the battery and power cord and power on > report what is heard and seen into the thread.

Find 2 or 3 flash drives that you can format (>or = 8 GB).

On a working computer created tools that can be used for backing up important files, checking hardware, and troubleshooting.

Thanks for the help. Didn't have a chance to try as I got the fix from elsewhere. Here's the fix, at least for my situation:
Access Surface Pro BIOS

1. Make sure the Surface Pro device is turned off.
2. Hold the volume-up button.
3. Press and release the power button.
4. When the Surface logo appears, release the volume-up button.
5. The Surface UEFI firmware interface screen will be displayed and you can make changes.

Once you are back to normal consider making free backup images:
