    Usb error

    Hi,
When I start WIN the Hub is not recognized, I tried to update the driver, uninstall it but it doesn't work, the only way is to disconnect it and physically connect it to another USB port, obviously if I restart and insert it into the same port it doesn't work
    any solution?
The PC USB are 2.0 and the hub 3.0 but in theory it should be retroactive

Should be no issue the fact that PC USB are 2.0 and the hub 3.0.
What devices are attached to the hub?
If the hub has no devices attached to it, does the issue still happen?

Yes, the problem exists even if I don't connect anything to the hub

Could you confirm the Hub only fails in one specific port ?
    Is the Hub self-powered ?
What is the Make and Model of the Hub ?

If possible, try the Hub in another computer.
I'm reluctant to click on unknown links, was the Hub new or second hand ?
Does ---Reliability History ---have any entries,to access it,in the Search box start typing ---reliability ---.
Self powered new components are a better option.

I click on your "My computer" and don't see your hardware specs.
    You didn't follow the tutorial
