Windows locking then restarting it's self

Windows version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3930)
My PC has started occasionally locking on a page and screen going streaky for a few seconds, then light blue screen appears saying there was an error and reporting, then restarts PC and everything is normal.
Last evening it just locked for 3 to 4min's then just switched off, once again started normally.
I've done scans with Eset antivirus and with malaware bites but found no problems, I've also done a Fixme Stick scan (took all day) which shuts windows and scans with out window running and also found nothing.
    I'd appreciate any help
    Thanks in advance

Is it a laptop or desktop?
Do you have a hardware monitor to see the temperatures?
Do you have a HDD or SSD?

Please edit your profile with ALL your hardware specs. It will help us to help you

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next start = yes
    Restart

Back to Windows, open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    sfc /scannow

If it finds any corrupted files, fixing or not, reboot and run again

    Then run
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    and
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Thanks for replies.
Going to take a while for me to digest all of this.

Spec's are in image I've sent here.
I will be looking at CPU temp.

Can't tell from that what model, what MOBO, or hence about how old it is.
Given 4GB RAM I'm guessing 10+ years old.

    So here's how:
    Collecting System Specifications in Windows

    Kindly include disk details.

Click 'My computers' below my post for an example.

You will have seen this at the top of this BSOD thread (now moved to the BSOD section).

    BSOD - Posting Instructions

Obviously this could be hardware or software. The logs you will collect and upload might tell a BSOD expert something.

I've posted elsewhere in threads where PC's freeze or suddenly restart ideas of things to try.

Very embarrassing! just removed my CPU cooler and it was totally blocked (never seen it that bad before), I must admit it's been sometime since I last opened it and cleaned.
Temp's were high so I'll see how it goes and hopefully will be ok.
I built this PC many years ago and I've upgraded many time to spec' it is now (last thing was solid state 1tb HDD but was sometime ago).
Thank you for help I'll revisit these instructions should the problem re-occur.
