BSOD loop in the middle of a gameplay

I was playing a 3D steam game when my laptop suddenly shows a blue screen, restarted, and it continues to do so over and over until now (approx. 5 hours already) with various stop codes. The most common would be bad system config and something like 00021a. I can't access safe mode to troubleshoot and the automatic repair will always end up with another BSOD and back to the loop.

Please help! I really need to get it working by Monday to be used for work! THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Find 3 flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    2) Make tools (some or all may be used) that can be used to recover important files, test the drives, and troubleshoot

    3) On a working computer create:

    a) a new bootable windows 10 iso 1909:

    Download Windows 10 ISO File
    Download Windows 10 ISO File
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

    b) bootable Ubuntu flash drive:

    c) Kyhi boot rescue flash drive:
    Toolkit Item: Kyhi’s Rescue Disk – Win10.Guru

    4) Report into the thread once you have made the tools

    1) I only have 1 for that size, the only other one is 4 GB only
    2) Any links to instruction on making them?
    3) Is there a minimum requirement for the working computer? The only ones I have would be a 15-year-old computer without a working network card (1 GB RAM) and a 10-year-old computer with Windows 10 installed (2 GB RAM)

The 8 GB flash drive can be used for the Windows 10 iso.
The 4 GB flash drive can be used for the Kyhi boot rescue.

    The drive will be tested.
Find an external HD to backup files.
Troubleshooting can be performed with each flash drive.
