Friends Computer Has Crashed on Load Multiple Times

    Hello

I have a friends computer that has been having some problems with the battery recently with it not charging. When I tried to turn it on the most recent it has not been able to boot and I had to restart it until it eventually came on. I tried to boot into a USB which didn't work and neither did trying to boot into recovery options, it would just get stuck at the loading screen.

I have attached the crash logs but the computer is not mine so the specs listed below are not mine. If you need any specifications then please let me know.

Thanks for all your help. Attachment 247041

    Hi youngtomlin,

    Welcome to the BSOD forum.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    10) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    11) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    12) Free up space on the disk drive:

    Code:

    Total Space: 28.6 GB
    File System: NTFS
          Model: Samsung BJNB4R

    13) Consider replacing the disk drive with a larger size drive as optimal performance is with approximately 15% free space.
This is a free scanner: Crucial System Scanner | Crucial.com

    14) Upgrade Windows with the new disk drive: Version : 10.0.14393
Windows 1607 was out of support as of April 2018:

    Hello

    Thank you for your help
Attached are the results from the CMD log. The two scannow's created logs that I can upload if necessary.

There are also attached results of the tests. Seagate which passed. HP's passed ok, however HDTune seems to have a whole load of errors however the error scan completed very quickly. Health in HDTune did not show anything. Thanks in advance.
