BSOD unexpected store exception
I got the unexpected store exception BSOD on widows 10. I don't know how to read memory dumps. Can anyone help and tell me what it says?

Fill out as much as you can, especially the Manufacture and full model number of the computer if purchased or the system board if custom built.
The dump indicates you may be having a hard drive problem but definitely need the other files the V2 log collector gathers to know.

It looks like there could be a problem in the storage stack that's causing the crashes, both from the0x154
bugcheck and also the system event log:
There were 21 IO errors recorded, and they suggest that there's an issue with the underlying storage hardware:
Code:Event[4563]: Log Name: System Source: disk Date: 2019-09-08T13:17:28.512 Event ID: 154 Task: N/A Level: Error Opcode: N/A Keyword: Classic User: N/A User Name: N/A Computer: SHADOW-ACTUAL Description: The IO operation at logical block address 0x8399b38 for Disk 1 (PDO name: \Device\0000002f) failed due to a hardware error.
As for what I'd recommend you try next, please go through this list so we can get more information about your physical storage devices:
- Export your StorPort event log by running the following command from a PowerShell prompt:
wevtutil.exe export-log "Microsoft-Windows-Storage-Storport/Operational" "$home\desktop\storport-log.evtx"
This will place "storport-log.evtx" on your desktop, zip that up and upload it to google drive/dropbox/onedrive/etc.- Run the following command from an elevated PowerShell prompt:
Get-PhysicalDisk | ForEach-Object { $_ | Get-StorageReliabilityCounter | Select * } | Out-File -Append -FilePath "$home\desktop\disk-info.txt"
Post the output of "disk-info.txt" which will be on your desktop.- Run HDTune's error scan on both drives, and post a screenshot if there are any problems.
- Run CrystalDiskInfo and post a screenshot of its output for each drive.
Upload the files and screenshots to the file upload service of your choice, e.g. Google Drive, Microsoft One Drive, Drop Box etc.

The HD Tune error tests were ok for both drives.

I could not get it to work. Had to replace the motherboard. The HDD is working fine.
