This is not true. It does cause problems as I can't customise certain things, and I have seen a watermark (although not today, weirdly!)
The thing is, I am running a VM and have spoken to MS who say that it's a server issue and that it would be sorted out in 48 hours max. That was 72 hours ago!
I thought it might be my Bootcamp install which validated OK, but even if I try to input another genuine W7 key via a command prompt, it still doesn't work!
