    WIn7 fails to upgrade to Win10?

    Maybe this is a good thing.

    The motherboard is trying to tell you something. Please dont put me out of my misery, please !

    Hi, good to know about the Win7 upgrade thing...I wasn't aware that path had officially closed

    Thanks for the replies folks - I ended up just wiping the machine and doing a reinstall of Win10 fresh. I had wanted to to do the Win7 to Win10 upgrade to avoid having to reinstall all the programs / files the owner had to save time :)
