Unable to download from MS Store or get Updates.

Unable to download from MS Store or get Updates. I have followed so many suggestions. Services, WSReset.exe, Turning AV off/on, Firewall On/Off, Deleting files and folders, Reset my router, ect... I have the exact same problem on my Main PC and Laptop. If anyone has seen a Magic fix, please let me know.

Suggests an issue with your ISP/ DNS, unless you have the same configuration problem with both machines.
    When did this start?
Can you download and browse normally otherwise?

Are you using a VPN? Have you tried changing your DNS? (DNSJumper - free- makes that easy, and finds the fastest one too).

What security software esp. firewall are you using?

And you could take your laptop to e.g. a friend's house and try it on their connection... relatively easy check.

Do you get an error message? If so, what? Screenshots please?

To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post.

Please run these troubleshooters and post screenshots of the result:

"Suggests an issue with your ISP/ DNS, unless you have the same configuration problem with both machines."
    I use Googles DNS servers.
    "When did this start?"
Best I can say is months ago.
    "Are you using a VPN?"
    Only when downloading Torrents
"Have you tried changing your DNS?"
    Yes
"What security software esp. firewall are you using?"
    Malwarebytes and Windows Firewall
"And you could take your laptop to e.g. a friend's house and try it on their connection..."
Done that with same ISP and another ISP... Same problem with both.

    Thanks for helping.

Nothing at all... Found the latest update. Installed Downloads just sit there.

Sorry, that's unclear. Do you mean Windows Update is now working... or not?

    Installed Downloads just sit there.
    - so the downloads intalled and you are just sitting there? Or...?

Do you mean the Windows Update Troubleshooter didn't work and didn't appear, (nothing at all) or that it showed there was no problem?

Screenshots really help. Did you see this?

So, given the lack of clarity and assuming that Windows update does not work, please do this:
    a. Reset Windows Update in Windows 10

    b. Download and use Tweaking.com's free repair tool. (Note: this has helped others).
    Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Free/Pro

    Run repairs 3,4,16,25
Restart and try Windows Update. Thanks.
