Look for these items:
ServiceAvailable: (if false you have permissions corruption on the lisensing files)
TamperedItems: (will display which files are corrupted)

Unfortunately the instructions had a minor error - a 'space' was misplaced in the sfc command. You copied faithfully, so it didn't work as intended

The command should have been:

sfc /scannow

Your installed key is a generic 10 PRO KMS licence. As a rule, these are not available to ordinary persons, only organisations. A KMS key needs to contact a special server to activate.

Some dodgy pc vendors sell pcs with such keys and sometimes put illegal software on pc to fool pc it has contacted a server.

However, the illegal software does not always survive windows 10 updates.

If you inherited pc from a company, they should have supplied a legitimate non KMS key or wiped pc.
