Microsoft have said 'No'...
https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/...ersary-update/Windows 10, version 1607 is our third Windows 10 feature update released. Based on feedback from organizations moving to Windows 10, this will be our last feature update for 2016, with two additional feature updates expected in 2017.
Well, i downloaded the file linked in your first post, Shawn, but I can't get it to do anything. I can't open it to run anything like setup. It is a PART file and I can't find anything to open it. I tried to burn it to a disk and it seemed to work but at the end it said error and couldn't complete. I tried that several times also. Any idea how I can get it to install?
