Choices you do have for sure! And Shawn does an expert job on guides where ever you find him!
There's never any question on that and sure enough when going to look at the clean install guide to figure out why 10 wouldn't go on the first day the answer was right there in print for all to see namely "unplugging the two storage drives" that previously would have only been unplugged if they were the same as the OS drives which they now are all Sata II replacing the two 1tb S3s with a new pair of 2tb S2s.
The upgrade to repair guide came about as well as the clean install without the need to upgrade first guide after initially pointing out I got the first upgrade to run by the second seen to as well as this new MS mandate will causing tons of people to have nothing but headaches which has been the case for many before those guides were posted later.
When trying to add as many guides as I could into the sig here for people to notice and review Shawn helped out by getting them separated correctly since having a good reference base is just as important as anything else. When you forget something which everybody does at times sooner or later where do you go? Back to the reference section!
I've been on this build for more than a week and no new build
Gabriel... Please hurry up I need a new build ASAP.
Now that I think about it no wonder they named Gabriel the Warrior after him.
FYI, UPDATE 25 NOVEMBER , windows 10 version 1511 (build 10586) is now available again in techbench site.

For some reason that comes as no surprise since the "4 in 1" ISO to USB Install Key method previosly seen was for the 10240 build! Now that TH2 has been made public the TB staff(or MS for sure) knows the geeks will still want their own media options! But this will make things much easier then seeing people confused over which option previously seen to choose from as far as Home or Home N or Pro or Pro N or Single language thinking both when only the 32bit Home flavor!
And then you had the dual Home and dual Pro isos too large to burn to dvd or see written to a 4gb flash drive. The TH4 download came in at 5.48gb in comparison to the finished iso made up previously for the 10240 at 5.56gb on disk. At this time for anyone who doesn't already have it saved to the drive that would be the recommend here to grab it while you can just in case of ??? where you need to see the live media made up rather then clean install an older build if you had the iso saved for one of those and then need to upgrade that.

On Saturday, the company removed the latest image file of its flagship Windows 10 operating system from download, prompting rumours of some under the hood borkage.
However, now it appears that the problem was indeed a bug, and that business as billed is to return.
The new official statement which overrides the previous official statement which contradicted the new official statement reads: "Recently we learned of an issue that could have impacted an extremely small number of people who had already installed Windows 10 and applied the November update.
I figured It was a little more then just a missed update missing the deadline for MS to be pulling 10 off completely. The Freeze up during upgrade bug had to be addressed quickly!
Windows installation should give the option of not keeping files needed to return to the previous setup. People with fresh system partition backups don't need it. After each Windows upgrade installation, getting rid of Windows.old is one of the first things I do. I would prefer that folder never be created.
Speaking of Windows.old folders the VMs that saw upgrades from the 10565 and 10576 builds to the 10586 and one from the 10586 to Threshold 2 release it was that one in particular that saw the Windows.old folder created as well as the physical upgrades.
The Golden Rule of Thought however is never to upgrade until 10 came along but always see a much preferred alternative clean install from scratch. With the dual boot here of 10 and 7 the 7 side that's been in need of a total wipe is now becoming a mandate lately as I ran out of disk space when trying out a few new recording apps but the recordings not taking enough space to explain why the free space suddenly shrunk on the 1tb drive there.
With everything new backed up and decided on that drive will now have to see the wipe and clean install just to recover the disk space unaccounted for since none of the custom folders to store things add up enough. Under 100gb with 400gb suddenly shrinking down to only 65gb? The 10 drive however hasn't seen that much while it got up there from recent programs being run on both. 431gb free there while the 7 drive only sees 158gb while both have almost all of the exact same or newer version of same programs on with the same type of local storage folders and yet one shrunk?
