Just an update on this.
I just checked the Reliability Monitor, and it appears that MST v5.113 was installed on May 11th along with the other updates.
However there is no sign of it in the Windows Update history list, in any section!
I've never seen that happen before.

so far the Win10 MCT creates the 22h2 build 19045.2965 install media but the windows 10 download page still offers the outdated 22h2 isos w/ build 19045.2006.

new "v1" Windows 10 22H2 ISO downloads (ex. Win10_22H2_English_x64v1.iso & Win10_22H2_English_x32v1.iso) with build 19045.2965 available May 24 on the windows 10 download page
