What is in that sources folder? It should include either install.wim or install.esd

If the Dism commands report that they cannot find it despite the command being correct & your being able to see the file then I think that the ISO file is corrupt. You could prove that by trying to copy the install.wim/esd somewhere else - if the problem is a corrupt ISO then a simple install.wim/esd copy operation would also fail.

I've had corrupt ones before but never a missing one. I guess that's pretty conclusive though.
