@MrWhispers,
Sometimes my mind goes faster than what I am trying to convey. I don't mean that "Reset Windows Update" takes longer than a repair install. It is what happens after the former doesn't fix your issue. Then you have to go through all the hoops in the like of creating a MCT ISO then go to "See full Details about a Windows 10 ISO File or USB" and "Convert ESD file to WIM using DISM in Windows 10" etc.... At this point, things are starting to get a little complicated and longer than a repair install.
Well, thanks to TenForums I could track down the updates for this months by the KB-numbers and downed them on a friends computer (after that saved it on a thumbdrive for home) because my internet was down all day.
So thank you, TenForums!!
(and yes, both succeeded in updating)
When all else fails I have a tried and true method to fix things in Windows. I do a complete install from scratch. Using the newest update available, I burn a new ISO onto a USB, erase all of the partitions and let the installer run it's course. The results this time?

Perfection!
Every update downloaded and installed perfectly, ever since Windows-10 debuted on my P.C. (HP Pavilion 2010) in 2016.
I look for improvements in features, but have never seen any. Still prefer the old "Control Panel", (using the 50 icons view) when I want to adjust something.
Windows-10 has always been fast, virus-free, and (mostly) trouble free. Especially compared to Windows-7.
Question: Do the rest of you use Windows-10 in a wide enough variety of situations to appreciate each of these monthly updates?
I feel like I missing out on "something", because all I do is post to forums, pay bills, run insurance quotes, print stuff, and read news/weather.
